It all began with the  setting up of a committee in 2016 to formulate an e-learning policy.

The Committee (then called the MOOCs Committee) wrote a policy document which the University administration approved. One of the recommendations of the Committee was to set up an e-learning Centre.

The ‘e-learning Centre’ was established in 2017 in a small building near the C.R.Rao Advanced Institute of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science (AIMSCS).

The Centre, later renamed as Centre for Digital Learning, Training & Resources (CDLTR), shifted to its own building on July 04, 2023.

At CDLTR, we envision a world where education is boundless, accessible, and tailored to each learner’s unique needs. We strive to empower individuals through innovative digital learning experiences that transcend traditional barriers of geography, time, and socio-economic status.

Our mission is to deliver an unparalleled educational experience, tailored to individual learners. We aim to bridge the gap between traditional education and the digital era by providing a diverse range of courses designed by expert educators. Our platform will offer interactive, engaging content and a supportive community, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to achieve their full potential in a flexible and inclusive online environment.
